Policies
· Always show up at the pier 1 hour before the established departure time.
· Payment must be made until the day before boarding, without confirmation of payment the passenger will not be able to board.
· The passenger is entitled to a hand backpack and a 20-kilo suitcase. If you carry additional suitcases, it has a value of 10 usd per extra suitcase.
· In case the passenger does not show up or is late for boarding, the passenger loses 100% of the value of the ticket.
· Ticket is non-transferable.
· Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance, after this time cancellations will not have a refund of the value of the ticket.
· The company reserves the right to delay the trip or suspend it for reasons of a technical nature or force majeure.
· Due to lack of reservation of spaces by the company, the passenger cannot board, the company is responsible for boarding the passenger on the next shift of the day.
· If the passenger decides to travel the same day to a national or international flight, the company is not responsible for the missed flight or its connections, for which the company always recommends traveling the day before the passenger’s flight.
Changes and cancellations
· Speedboat trips can cancel or delay your trip due to mechanical damage or natural factors that can put passengers and boats at risk.
· Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before departure.
· 85% of the invoiced value will be refunded.
· The 15% is not since they are administrative expenses.
· Changes by the Client must be communicated by email and are allowed 48 hours before the departure date at no cost as long as there is availability on the new date/time/route.
Compensation

Purchase confirmation
· After payment, our customers will receive a notification that the purchase is in process.
· Once the reservation is confirmed by the vessels, an email will be sent with the purchase details, boarding time and travel instructions.
