TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES
(Passenger Transportation Services – Inter-Island Ferry / Speedboat Service)
1. Boarding Policy

Passengers must arrive at the assigned pier at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

Boarding closes strictly before departure time. Late arrivals will not be accepted.

Full payment must be completed no later than the day before departure.
Without confirmed payment, the passenger will not be allowed to board. -
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named passenger, confirmed date, and route.
2. Baggage Policy
Each passenger is entitled to:

One (1) hand backpack.
-
One (1) suitcase up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
Additional luggage will be charged USD 10 per extra suitcase.
The company reserves the right to refuse oversized or unsafe luggage for security reasons.
3. Cancellation Policy (Client-Initiated)
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds apply as follows:

70% refund if cancellation is made 7 days (168 hours) or more before departure.

50% refund if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before departure.
-
25% refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before departure.
-
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
Refund percentages are calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of booking.
No refunds will be granted after the established deadlines, as ferry seats are prepaid in advance to the operating vessels and assigned individually to each passenger.
Payment platform fees (including but not limited to PayPal, credit card processors, or banking charges) are non-refundable.
Refund processing time will depend on the payment provider.
4. No-Show and Late Arrival
If a passenger fails to appear at the pier on the departure date (“No-Show”) or arrives after boarding has closed:

The reservation will be automatically canceled.

The passenger will forfeit 100% of the ticket value.

No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Changes Requested by the Client

Change requests must be submitted via email.
-
Changes are allowed only if requested at least 48 hours before departure.
-
All changes are strictly subject to availability.
-
Changes requested less than 48 hours prior to departure will not be accepted.
6. Operational Delays and Force Majeure
Departures may be delayed or canceled due to:

Mechanical issues.
-
Adverse weather conditions.
-
Maritime authority instructions.
-
Port restrictions.
-
Government regulations.
-
Any force majeure event beyond the company’s control.
In such cases, the company may:

Reschedule the passenger on the next available departure, or
-
Offer a proportional refund in accordance with operator policies.
The company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by passengers, including but not limited to hotels, flights, transfers, meals, or other related services.
7. Company Responsibility in Case of Reservation Error
If, due to an internal reservation error by the company, a confirmed passenger is unable to board:

The company will accommodate the passenger on the next available departure on the same day.

If no departure is available, a full refund will be issued.
This clause applies only when there is formal written confirmation of the booking.
8. Flight Connection Disclaimer
Passengers traveling on the same day of a domestic or international flight do so at their own risk.
The company:

Is not responsible for missed flights.
-
Is not responsible for missed connections.
-
Strongly recommends traveling at least one day prior to any scheduled flight.
9. Purchase Confirmation

After payment, customers will receive a notification indicating that the purchase is being processed.
-
A reservation is not considered confirmed until availability has been verified with the operating vessel.

Once confirmed, the passenger will receive an email including:
-
Booking confirmation.
-
Passenger details.
-
Departure time.
-
Boarding instructions.
-
Only written confirmation guarantees the reserved seat.
